Like any home brewer, we began with our IPA kit in 2011, with Tom advancing to brewing
all-grain a year later. Our diverse menu has a little something for everybody.

The Restoration
Over the course of two years, Tom and Lindsey Clements have worked with talented friends and local contractors to faithfully restore the former Clanton’s Foods building and its place as a neighborhood jewel and hub of activity.
The Lab
Downstairs at the brew hall is where the magic happens. Head brewer Tom Clements operates his nano-brewery operation in a walkout basement space below the floorboards of our brew hall tasting room—constantly exploring inventive and refreshing new flavors.
The Experience
The always-inviting tasting room is a perfect place to escape and relax with friends old and new. Order from a diverse menu of year-round, seasonal, and specialty beers—or from a selection from our food and cocktails menu. The offerings, happenings, and atmosphere make it an Omaha destination spot.
